How much caffeine is in one chew?
Each tin has approx. 40 mg of caffeine across about 25 chews, so 1 chew is roughly 1 sip. Take a couple, or work through the tin over the day.
What's actually in them?
Five ingredients: coffee powder, creamer powder, cocoa powder, xylitol and maltodextrin. Real coffee is the base. No added sugar, gluten free.
Will it replace my morning coffee?
It doesn't have to. Most people keep the morning ritual and use the tin for everything the ritual can't cover: the commute, the afternoon, the meeting block, the flight. It's your coffee order for when a cup isn't practical.
Why xylitol?
Xylitol is a natural sweetener that, unlike sugar, reduces the risk of tooth decay, which matters for something you chew through the day. It also means no added sugar. (Keep the tins away from dogs, as xylitol is toxic to them.)
Can I have too many?
Each tin has approx. 40 mg of caffeine, so keep track of how many tins you get through. People react to caffeine differently, and too much can affect sleep.
